1.  What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

We want you to LOVE our hairpieces and accessories. If you are not ecstatic about your purchase for any reason, we will gladly exchange your accessories. However, all wigs and hairpieces sales are final since these are considered personal items.

2.  What is your Privacy Policy?

Personal Information are information by which you can be personally identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. My Wig Studio collects Personal Information only when you voluntarily submit such Personal Information to us, such as when you place an order or request a catalog.  My Wig Studio NEVER sells or shares Personal Information with anyone except as required by law.  Regardless of the purpose for which it is submitted, it is My Wig Studio’s policy to maintain all Personal Information strictly confidential and to use it solely for the purpose for which it was submitted.

3.  How does the Wig Party Event Service work?

It is very simple.  You throw a party, invite your girlfriends, we show up with our Wig and Hairpiece collection.  Simply give us the details of your event: location, date, time, number of guests, and we’ll recommend the perfect party package for you that fits your budget.  During the party, your guests can purchase from our collection and can also place orders which take about a week.  It will be a fun memorable event you and your girlfriends will never forget!  Guaranteed!

4. How does the private wig consultation work?

Just give us a call to schedule a one on one private consultation at My Wig Studio or at the comforts of your own home.  Simply give us the basic information such as name, address, purpose for considering a wig (ie: for fashion or hair loss condition) and the best time to meet.
